The food, service and setting are the best in the area. Make sure you get a seat on the terrace to enjoy the views and the sunset. The six in our party ordered different dishes and nothing disappointed. The menu is seasonal so there is no point in recommending specific dishes but they were all wonderful. The staff were welcoming and efficient. This is our third visit and it won&#39;t be our last. &Agrave; B&icirc;entot!

La Place de Mougins delivers an excellent standard of cuisine and service.  Just brilliant and in a beautiful relaxed setting.  It&rsquo;s a notch more expensive than other Mougins restaurants, wine list also noticeably pitched higher, but a great experience.

The most delicious onion soup we&#39;ve ever eaten!! The cod and the truffle raviolini were also very good...and of course Mougins is a delightful city!

Rarely do you find a set menu of the night and that&rsquo;s it - it&rsquo;s such a pleasure to give into the chef whims of the day based on the fresh produce he has foundThe food was delicious, fresh, uncomplicated yet sophisticated

If you are seeking incredible taste in high quality food, this is the place. I love the atmosphere and the artistry in the food. My wife called it the best place we have eaten in France so far.

Delighted to have found this little gem. Situated right beside where Picasso lived the last 15 years of his life and you can certainly imagine him coming here for his special occasions! Wonderful Mediterranean food with a friendly welcome and service in a beautiful poolside surrounding.

Hidden gem in a beautiful setting! The dining room is intimate, overlooking the pool area with high-end touches, silverware and serveware. The waiter was extremely helpful describing the dishes to us in detail. The food was amazing from starters to dessert!   There is plenty of parking available.  Highly recommend this unique restaurant!

Lovely ambiance outdoors next to the pool with gardens surrounding. Each of the four of us ordered starters, main course and dessert with a bottle of wine and fizzy water, totaling about EUR60pp. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly, nice crisp on the outside, perfectly pink on the inside. The scallop raviolis were enjoyed by two of the party and the other diner enjoyed the risotto with calamari. For dessert, two of us had caramelized apple in phyllo dough with honey and nuts, kind of a french mix of apple strudel and baklava. The fondant au chocolat was delicious, too. Service was perfect, non-obtrusive, responded to all questions and courteous. Highly recommended, best to enjoy the dining outdoors on the terrace next to the pool.

Could be a lovely place but needs a great deal of money spent on bastide and gardens. Food disappointing - everything pre-cooked. Poor wine list. People pleasant and helpful. Potential but not good enough.

What an exceptional restaurant. The menu degustation was absolutely exquisite .. a feast for the eyes and the palate . Everything cooked to perfection and served with friendly efficiency . The outlook from the balcony offers the best views of the stunning Mougins area. Can&rsquo;t wait to return

Warm welcome and great service throughout, this is a real gem of a restaurant. The food was fantastic, it really exceeded our expectations and there was a great choice of wines too. We will be back
